Founder & CEO | SURE Foundation
Prof. (Dr.) Rosilda Selvin is the Founder and CEO of SURE Foundation, with a vision centered on connecting global knowledge to empower youth. A distinguished researcher and academic leader, she has served as Professor in Nanotechnology and later as Dean (Research). Her interdisciplinary research spans functional nanomaterials, bridging materials science, chemistry, biology, physics, and engineering. She earned her Ph.D. from Anna University, Chennai, and completed postdoctoral research at National Central University, Taiwan, where she developed rapid synthesis methods for nanozeolites. Her academic career includes appointments in Taiwan and Saudi Arabia, with extensive work in catalysis, sensors, and thin films. Her leadership blends scientific depth, global experience, and a strong commitment to youth development.

Dr. L. Selva Roselin is an Associate Professor of Chemistry at King Abdulaziz University, Saudi Arabia, with strong expertise in nanomaterials, catalysis, and energy research. She earned her Ph.D. from Anna University, Chennai, and conducted postdoctoral research at National Central University and Yuan Ze University, Taiwan. Her research spans supported nanoparticles, nanozeolites, photocatalysis, and hydrogen generation. She has authored 60+ journal publications, book chapters, and conference papers, and currently leads funded and collaborative research projects. Her academic journey reflects scientific rigor, international collaboration, and a strong commitment to research that addresses energy and environmental challenges.

Prof. (Dr.) Radha Srinivasan is a valued member of the SURE Foundation core team, contributing to program support, coordination, and outreach initiatives. She works as a faculty member in the Department of Physics, University of Mumbai, where she has been teaching since 2009, following earlier academic roles across affiliated colleges. She earned her Master’s degree from the University of Mumbai and completed her Ph.D. after research at the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR), Mumbai, specializing in low-temperature magnetic measurements. Her research spans magnetic and transport properties of advanced materials, with a strong focus on magnetic nanomaterials for biomedical applications. She has led several funded research projects, guided doctoral and postgraduate students, published extensively in peer-reviewed journals, and actively contributed to science outreach, skill-based education, and academic quality processes.

Dr. Hsiu-Ling Hsu is an Associate Professor in the Department of Chemical and Materials Engineering at Lunghwa University of Science and Technology, Taiwan, and Vice General Secretary of the Chinese Creativity Innovation Entrepreneurship Association. She holds a Ph.D. from National Central University, Taiwan, and an EMBA from National Chiao Tung University. Her expertise spans thermodynamics, nanotechnology, biotechnology, and management. She is also a co-founder of a biotech company and has extensive experience in R&D leadership and academic administration. Her interdisciplinary perspective strengthens SURE Foundation’s work in innovation, entrepreneurship, and applied research.

She serves as an Associate Professor of Chemistry at P.S.M.O. College, Tirurangadi, Kerala, and holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from NIT Calicut. With over a decade of teaching and research experience, her expertise includes catalysis, nanocrystalline zeolites, polymeric blends, and environmental applications. An approved research guide under the University of Calicut, she has mentored doctoral scholars and contributed to numerous peer-reviewed publications and academic chapters. At SURE Foundation, her academic depth and mentoring strength support research excellence, student development, and the promotion of scientific inquiry with social relevance.

With over 15 years of experience in industrial R&D, quality control, and academic research, he brings strong expertise in nanomaterials, clay science, and solid-state chemistry. He holds an M.Sc. and M.Phil in Chemistry and has worked across research institutions and industry. His experience includes product development, process optimization, and advanced material synthesis. At SURE Foundation, he supports skill development programs, educational initiatives, and operational planning. His structured approach, technical knowledge, and collaborative mindset strengthen program delivery, ensuring initiatives remain aligned with the Foundation’s goals and societal impact.

His expertise includes zeolites, nano catalysis, porous materials, and polymer science, with international research experience in Taiwan. He has contributed to multiple peer-reviewed publications and collaborative research projects in advanced materials and catalysis. At SURE Foundation, he supports education, research mentoring, and knowledge-driven activities. Dr. Shrisha is a committed member of the SURE Foundation core team, contributing to program coordination, research support, and outreach initiatives. She holds a doctoral degree in Materials Science and Engineering from the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, Taiwan, with research focused on nanocomposites and gas sensor applications. She has developed multiple hydrogen gas sensors and published her work in reputed international journals. With experience as a Senior Project Associate at CSIR–IICT, Hyderabad, she has worked on wastewater treatment, reverse osmosis systems, and atmospheric water generators. Her research contributions include publications, book chapters, and a patent. At SURE Foundation, she supports technical initiatives, coordination, and knowledge-driven activities with a strong scientific foundation.
