When knowledge meets purpose, lives transform.
SURE Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering students, youth, and women. We offer support through education, healthcare, counselling, skills training, and job opportunities. Our mission is to close the gap between talent and access by building practical, life-changing programs. Every step we take is focused on creating a future that is inclusive, sustainable, and driven by purpose.
We do not just teach; we prepare people for real life. Our training programs are designed with industry needs in mind, making young people ready for the challenges of today’s job market. Alongside education, we also support research and innovation, especially in areas like nanotechnology, clean water, and public health. Our aim is simple: turn knowledge into solutions that improve lives and communities.
Through our six core pillars; Education, Skill Development, Research & Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Career Enablement, and Sustainable Development; we bring together experts, institutions, and young minds. Our network includes universities, industries, and global partners. Whether it’s a classroom, a lab, or a field project, each program is built to be relevant, practical, and deeply connected to people’s needs.
SURE Foundation is a movement for progress for the people of India. We invite students, researchers, educators, and partners to join us in building better possibilities. If you care about real learning, real solutions, and real change, you’re in the right place. With the right support, anyone can rise; and that’s the future we are working towards, every single day.
SURE Foundation envisions a future where every student, youth, and woman has equal access to knowledge, skills, and opportunities that lead to meaningful work and improved well-being. We aim to create practical solutions through education, research, and innovation that directly serve societal and environmental needs. Our vision is to build a connected, empowered community capable of driving sustainable development through purpose-driven action and collaboration.
Our mission is to empower students, youth, and women by providing access to education, skill development, healthcare, and career opportunities. We design and deliver programs that are practical, research-informed, and focused on real-world impact. By building strong connections between academia, industry, and communities, we aim to address critical social challenges and promote inclusive growth, innovation, and sustainable development through ethical, transparent, and collaborative efforts.
At SURE Foundation, every decision, program, and partnership is shaped by a set of clear values. We believe in empowerment through action, especially for women and underserved youth. Our work is built on honesty, transparency, and research ethics. We value community well-being, not as an abstract idea, but as a measurable goal. We are committed to skill development, practical learning, and creating pathways to real employability. Collaboration is not optional; it’s essential. Whether we’re building new training modules or engaging in global research, we remain focused on impact, accountability, and service. These values are not ideals on paper; they are the principles that guide our everyday work, across classrooms, labs, and communities.
We believe knowledge should lead to opportunity. We help individuals gain skills, confidence, and purpose; especially youth and women; so they can shape their futures with independence and dignity.
Every action we take is rooted in compassion. We work closely with communities, listening first, acting second, and ensuring our efforts reflect real needs; not assumptions or external agendas.
Trust comes from clarity. We share our goals, results, and progress publicly. Decisions are made responsibly, and we keep our team, partners, and community informed at every stage.
We design programs that are easy to understand, accessible, and useful. Whether it’s training, communication, or implementation, we focus on what works; avoiding unnecessary layers, or complexity.
We stay prepared by learning constantly, reflecting often, and being open to change. When challenges arise, our team is equipped to respond with solutions that are timely and flexible.
We begin where it matters most; within local communities. By addressing immediate, nearby issues, we create solutions that are rooted in context, culture, and the everyday lives of people.
We create safe, respectful spaces for learning, sharing, and resolving conflict. Our education and counselling efforts promote empathy, active listening, and non-violence in both thought and action.
We use technology only when it adds true value. Our tools support learning, sustainability, and research; not distraction or waste. Innovation must serve people, not replace their wisdom or voice.
Our work is guided by care for the planet. We support green technologies, responsible use of resources, and research that protects air, water, and future generations from harm.
Everyone matters. We invite input from students, scholars, local communities, and partners. We listen deeply and ensure that every voice is considered when building programs, policies, or partnerships.
Progress is a shared effort. We work across sectors, education, industry, government; to co-create programs and projects. Collaboration strengthens impact and helps us go further than we ever could alone.
At SURE Foundation, we plan with the future in mind. All our work focuses not on quick wins, but on sustainable, long-lasting change. We thoughtfully invest in people, processes, and ideas that are designed to last and continue to evolve over time.
SURE Foundation was born from a simple, urgent observation; too many talented young people lacked access to education, skills, and support. Dr. Rosilda Selvin, a researcher and educator, saw this gap not just in data but in real lives. With years of global academic experience behind her, she began shaping a platform that could bring knowledge to those who need it most, in ways they can truly use.
The Foundation was officially established on August 29, 2019, not as a grand initiative, but as a determined response to missed opportunities and invisible barriers. In its earliest days, the team worked with limited resources but a clear focus: build something that connects education, health, research, and livelihoods. The goal was never just charity; it was to equip people to stand on their own terms.
The name SURE; Savariammal Universal Research and Education Foundation; carries deep personal meaning. It honors Savariammal, the grandmother of Rosilda and Roselin, whose quiet strength and unwavering values shaped their lives. She believed in the power of dignity, kindness, and education; even when it was out of reach for many. Her life left a lasting mark, and today, that spirit moves through every student supported, every skill taught, every community reached. In remembering her, the Foundation was built not just as an organization, but as a promise; to carry her legacy forward with integrity, empathy, and the belief that real change must be rooted in truth, trust, and shared purpose.
From a vision seeded in one person’s experience, SURE Foundation has become a platform for many. It now supports students, scholars, and innovators across regions, languages, and disciplines. As we move forward, the Foundation continues to grow; not by scaling numbers alone, but by deepening its roots in people’s lives, where real change begins and continues to matter.
SURE Foundation, now stands as a reflection of vision, memory, and action. What began as a response to inequality has grown into a platform of education, empowerment, and ethical innovation. Rooted in the values passed down by Savariammal, and driven by the dedication of those she inspired, the Foundation continues to build meaningful change. As we look ahead, our focus remains clear: to create pathways where none existed, to connect knowledge with those who need it most, and to do it all with purpose, humility, and deep respect for every life we reach.
